I love fruits and vegetables. I may love it even more than meat. Maybe. Which is good news because I found out fruits and vegetables are helpful when it comes to a good diet.
But even healthy foods have their do’s and dont’s. This should be eaten with this and that should not be eaten with that. Well fruit should be eating at breakfast and lunch , and vegetables should be on your dinner menu. Fruits and vegetables are good sources of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. They will help you feel fuller faster, helping you to eat less while still feeling satisfied. Eating a good amount of fruits and vegetables each day also helps edge out the amount of fat and calories you take in.
The best part about this whole “new” concept is that we’re not substituting everything we eat for fruits and vegetables. All I’m suggesting is that you try upping your servings of fruits and vegetables each day. It’s a great way to get the right nutrients, improve digestion, and the best part – lose weight! It all sounds so easy and convenient to me. Who wouldn’t want to try it?
