Losing Weight For Health - September 3rd, 2009

Maybe you are tired of feeling sluggish, tired and overweight. If you are feeling like that then it’s time to begin building a better you. Here are some ways in which you might be able to start doing that. Start keeping track of the kind and amount of foods you are eating. Do you eat dairy products, white sugar, processed oils, and white flour? Do you eat the wrong combination of food together at one meal? Are you eating enough fruits and vegetables? Before I put anything into my mouth I get my tracking notebook out and first write down what I going to eat. That helps me decide if I really want to eat it or not. If we just stuff ourselves with whatever food we can find, we may be eating things that are easy, but not necessarily healthy. Another thing to look at when trying to build a better you is how much stress is in your life. We all know that stress does not make for a healthy you. Are you exercising? If not, I highly recommend starting. Even if it is only a walk around the block in the evening.
