Have you ever wondered what you could add to your diet to help with PMS symptons, circulation, hot flashes, respiratory issues and maintaining a healthy heart? Well, it’s vitamin E. This vitamin is a rockstar! You can either take vitamin E supplements or you can eat foods that are rich in vitamin E. Here is a list of foods that I’ve come up:
Almonds, apples (leave the skin on), asparagus, avocados, whole fresh eggs (anything fresh is going to be much healthier and will have more of the vitamin), mangos, hazelnuts, olive oil, dried peanuts, pistachios (I love these little guys!), raw spinach even contains some vitamin E. How about making a salad and adding the following vegetables: tomato, turnips, spinach and egg (yes, I know egg isn’t a vegetable, I was just adding that as an idea for a garnish).
I believe vitamin E helps with scarring because I remember my mom putting some vitamin E on my cuts when I was younger. I still do that today and it’s amazing how quickly the scar tissue either fades or disappears altogether.
